As we all know, environmental issues are major challenges worldwide, especially pollution caused by industrial production. Industrial flue gas and waste gas pollution is particularly severe, so effective treatment has become an important task for governments across the globe.

1. Background of Industrial Flue Gas & Waste Gas Treatment

Industrial flue gas and waste gas treatment refers to the purification process of exhaust gas generated during industrial production. Waste gas generally refers to gas containing harmful substances, and targeted treatment is implemented for polluted flue gas. Many factors need to be taken into consideration, including emission sources, pollutant composition, discharge concentration, temperature and frequency. Emission sources refer to waste gas generated in production; pollutant composition means harmful ingredients contained in exhaust gas; while concentration, temperature and frequency reflect emission intensity. The core goal is to reduce environmental pollution and protect the surrounding ecology. At present, mainstream treatment methods include trapping method and scrubbing method.

2. Working Principle of Industrial Flue Gas Treatment

Its working principle is to use adsorbents to absorb flue dust, lower dust concentration, and collect adsorbents together with dust particles into dust collectors. Common treatment approaches are trapping method and source control method. The trapping method captures dust particles from waste gas via dust removal equipment, while source control method restricts pollution by regulating exhaust emission sources.

Professional dedicated equipment is essential for gas purification, mainly including dust collectors, flue gas purification towers, activated carbon adsorbers and flow control valves. Dust collectors efficiently remove particulate matters in flue gas; purification towers eliminate toxic and harmful substances; activated carbon adsorbers absorb residual pollutants; and control valves adjust flue gas flow stably.

In conclusion, industrial flue gas treatment is a systematic and complicated project requiring joint efforts and multi-party coordination. With continuous technical improvement and standardized management, we can effectively curb industrial air pollution and safeguard public health and ecological security.
