FMS dust filter bag is blended and compounded with high-temperature resistant fibers such as polyimide, polyphenylene sulfide, PTFE and alkali-free glass fiber. It features compact felt layer, tighter fiber entanglement and three-dimensional pore structure, which adapts to higher filtering air velocity. The FMS filter bag compounded with P84 polyimide fiber owns denser needle-punched felt and stronger fiber binding, free from damage under high airflow speed.
With trilobal cross-section, P84 fiber greatly improves dust capturing efficiency. Its special structural feature keeps most dust intercepted on the filter surface instead of penetrating inside to block pores, effectively lowering operating resistance and boosting filtration speed.
By compounding various high-temperature resistant fibers, FMS filter bags give full play to chemical modification technology and realize combination of organic and inorganic materials.
