After liquid flows into the main pipe and passes through the filter screen, solid impurities are trapped inside the screen. Fine iron scraps are firmly adsorbed on the magnetic rod sleeves, while purified liquid flows out from the filter outlet. For cleaning, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom to drain residual liquid, remove the flange cover, take out and clean the filter screen, then reinstall it for reuse.
Magnetic filters can remove rust, sand grains and tiny solid particles from wastewater, effectively prevent abrasion and blockage of pipeline fittings and ensure stable operation of downstream equipment.
Magnetic rod filters are pipeline-mounted filters that remove impurities by strong magnetic rods. Various housing materials and magnetic rod specifications are available for selection according to actual flow rate and impurity content. It is recommended to choose products with larger filtering area to guarantee stable impurity adsorption even under high flow velocity.
