All raw materials are natural white without bleaching or dyeing, fully complying with environmental standards.

With 3D filter layer structure of needled felt, solid and colloidal particles are trapped inside and deep into the filter bag via depth filtration principle, achieving high particle retention efficiency. Uniform thickness, stable open porosity and excellent mechanical strength ensure steady filtration performance and longer service life.

The bottom, side walls and collar are fully thermally welded, eliminating bypass leakage and fiber shedding issues existing in traditional sewn filter bags. Seamless filter bags are manufactured by digital multi-point synchronous welding equipment for firm and uniform welding, ensuring consistent material quality without auxiliary material interference, ideal for high-standard industrial applications.
