PTFE membrane filter cartridge is made of polytetrafluoroethylene material, featuring excellent organic resistance, superior chemical corrosion resistance, as well as natural hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity. Hydrophobic type is applied for air filtration while hydrophilic type is suitable for liquid filtration. It is ideal for sterile filtration of strong solvents, highly corrosive liquids and strong oxidizing liquids.

Product Features:

It possesses strong hydrophobicity and better water erosion resistance than common PVDF membranes. It features outstanding impact resistance and back pressure resistance, and can withstand repeated high-temperature steam sterilization. For gas filtration, it can 100% intercept phages, bacteria and particles above 0.02μm. Adopting thermal bonding structure of PTFE and PP materials without any adhesive, no fiber shedding, clean and stable performance, perfectly meeting strict requirements of pharmaceutical industry.

Inspection: Every filter cartridge is tested for integrity with pure water at 23℃ in accordance with national GMP standards.
