Polyester staple fiber series products are woven with polyester staple spun yarn by twisting multiple strands. They feature acid resistance, high strength, superior filtering performance and easy ash cleaning. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, wine-making, dyestuff, wastewater treatment and other industries, they are ideal filter materials for plate and frame filter presses, vacuum filters and other equipment.

Polyester filament series products are made of high-strength low-elongation industrial polyester filaments through twisting and weaving. They have smooth surface, good wear resistance, excellent air permeability, high tensile strength and remarkable filtering effect. They are widely used for vacuum plate and frame filter presses and non-sticky powder filtration in chemical, dyestuff, coal washing and other industries.

Heat resistance: 120°C, Elongation at break (%): 20-50, Breaking strength (g/d): 438, Softening point (°C): 238-240, Melting point (°C): 255-260, Specific gravity: 1.38. Filtration performance: Polyester staple fiber filter cloth is made of short fluffy fibers, featuring dense fabric structure and good particle interception, but poor stripping property and air permeability. Its strength, wear resistance and water permeability are inferior to polyester filament filter cloth.

Physical properties: Moisture regain <0.4%, specific gravity 1.38. Mechanical properties: High strength 4~5.5g/D, good elasticity and elastic recovery, elongation 15~30%, good wear resistance.

Chemical properties: Acid resistant and alkali resistant poor.

Heat resistance property: Dry temperature <200°C, wet temperature <220°C, softening point 230°C, melting point 256~265°C, excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability.
